[MC-196625] Keyboard shortcuts F3 + B, F3 + N etc. do not work in Minecraft Java Edition on Windows!

Shortcuts F3 + B, F3 + N etc. do not work!

ALL F3 + keyboard shortcuts for Minecraft Java Edition do not work on my computer! This means, for example, that I cannot quickly change the gamemode or reload the chunks, which is very annoying! The problem occurs ONLY on my Windows computer, NOT on my MacBook!

Some windows pcs have a function button that activates the function keys. So instead of pressing F3 + N you press Fn + F3 + N

Please note that if you have enabled reduced debug info in your chat settings, you won't be able to use these shortcuts.

I know this issue was marked as resolved, but I am having the same exact issue. My laptop does NOT want to use anything more than the F3 Menu. I can not use any of the F3 shortcuts (like F3 + H). I have reduced debug info OFF and have tried everything else suggested. Also, Fn does not help. I can pull up the F3 debug menu, but that is it.

By the way this is on ALL versions, it is not working on any.
