When endermen place snowy grass blocks on the ground top texture appears as a white grass texture

When a enderman picks up a snowy grass block and places it on the ground the texture tries to return to a grass block texture however the grass is white. The snowy tag is still true on placement. Can be reproduced by having endermen pick up block and waiting for them to place it.
