Using F3+D to clear pending lines keeps the previous delay for a new message

The bug

When pressing F3+D to clear pending lines in chat, you aren't able to chat anymore until the delay from the previous messages is gone, despite those old messages not being there anymore.

Note: if this is considered intended, than this is a different bug because the Pending Lines message does not show up in this case
