[MC-197463] Random lag Spikes in Minecraft 1.16.1 Optifine on RTX 2060 6GB Mobile (100% Ulitization)

https://prnt.sc/tw00lk (It shows on "Copy 1" the 100% ulitization) <---- minceraft every 30 secs or every 2 min lags for 2 seconds I dont know why ? any minecraft expert can help me? . I ve allocated 6 gigs into miencraft so It should be fine. Im using an RTX 2060 6GB VRAM

This issue has been closed as invalid.

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.

Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
