[MC-198143] Unfocussing the tab causes your camera angle to snap to a seemingly random position

Upon switching tabs away from minecraft your camera will snap to a random angle. this angle seems to be dependent on where you are standing, as it will always look in the same direction unless you move, in which case it will always look in the (same) new direction.

I have been able to do this with the xbox game bar when you press Windows + G (on Windows 10). The camera seems rotate according to where the cursor was when you closed the game bar.
