[MC-198331] Custom keys cannot use f4

I thought my keyboard was changed

, but after testing, only in the minecraft,

minecraft can’t recognize f4,

This kind of bug may be sporadic,

Will affect the game switcher

Are you pressing F3 as well or just pressing F4?

Custom keyboard layout

I am unable to reproduce this issue in 21w19a. Minecraft recognizes the use of the F4 key and nothing appears to be out of the ordinary.
