[MC-199358] When standing on soul sand,light when pressing f3 shows 0

When you stand on soul sand,and press f3 you will see under "light" 0 Always,even if its morning,night,near light,etc

I believe it does that because your feet are in a block, but it doesn't happen with other non-full blocks which is weird. It also even happens in versions like 1.8.9 if I recall correctly.
