What I expected to happen was i would tame a horse
i should tame a horse
*What actually happened was i just sat on him
he would knock me off as normal but when i would get to the point where i would tame him he just did nothing

2.play in hardcore
3. try to tame a horse

Does the horse never tame? Do hearts show up? Are your particles on? You do realize that you can't control a horse without a saddle, right? It can take a while to tame a horse without food.
