If you use a trident with riptide, and then swap to an other tool it shows the animation of the trident on that tool

What I expected to happen was...:
It shouldn't show that animation on different tools

What actually happened was...:
It did show the animation on different tools

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put riptide on a trident
2. Get a different tool in your Hotbar
3. Make sure it rains
4. Use the trident
5. Swap the trident with a different tool
6. Make sure you do not hit a block because if you do it cancels the animation
