[MC-199906] When I remove a redstone block from the right position the piston it was powering is still powered until updated.

1. put down a piston facing parallel to the ground
2. put obsidian behind it
3. put a redstone block on top of the obsidian
4. remove the obsidian
5. remove the redstone block
