Tnt

Okay so I made a concrete maker and I use tnt to break the concrete and I use water right under it to collect the concrete. Once the concrete triggers an observer it drops one piece of tnt and that one piece if tnt breaks about 22 concrete blocks. But when i check the collection system i only have 7 blocks of concrete. I thought on bedrock edition tnt breaks all blocks and drops all blocks.
