Two cat texture files are named confusingly/incorrectly

The texture for the "Tuxedo" cat type is stored as "black.png", while the texture for the "Black" cat type is stored as "all_black.png", likely a result of the order of cats being added in the 1.14 snapshots. This seems inconsistent and can result in confusion for people making a resource pack or looking in their advancement file to see their progress toward the "A Complete Catalogue" challenge (seeing "black.png" listed and "tuxedo.png" absent from the list, a player would be erroneously led to believe that they have already tamed a black cat and still need to tame a tuxedo cat).
