my netherrack and quartz blocks look like the model in update 1.9.0 and when i breack the blocks on the ground in nether forests they turn into the model 1.9.0 netherite when but the gold ore's and every thing else is the same. they drop

all my netherrack and quarts blocks look like how they did in update 1.9.0 and when I break the blocks in the forest inside the nether when the block drops it turns into old netherrack from version 1.9.0 and its really confusing to find anything so please fix this for me
