Tree leaves generate inside houses of villages

This can also happen to normal villages.

1. Create a regular world with this seed: 1553903987

/execute in minecraft:overworld run tp @s 194.70 67.00 -433.42 451.95 -36.00

I tested this in 1.16.3.

This might be the same issue as MC-140727. I'm unsure whether MC-140727 is also about tree leaves, or if it is only about terrain that is on the ground. If this is not the same issue, then it is at least related.

A few versions ago, this also happened with woodland mansions, but this might be fixed already

The tree doesn't generate anymore in that position, but you can plant it manually and it will grow through the wall.
