when I was logging into Minecraft I looked at a block and instantly got mined and then strange noises came. and this was 1.14.4 and it's saying 1.16.3.

Unfortunately this issue is invalid, due to your game being outdated. The bug tracker is only able to accept issues in 1.16.3 and 1.16.4 pre 2 at this current time.
