I just want to play pixelmon but cant and I don't understand how to fix it or who/where to actually report this bug to because apparently reporting it on this page is wrong even though this is where it tells me to go but then a mod has replied and said its not where I should be reporting it to.

Pixelmon is a mod, which means it should not be here. Report the bug to the mod creator. Even though Pixelmon told you to report it here, you shouldn't report bugs about mods here.
