Block Textures Black and other colors

Whenever I place stone bricks they turn into black colors, and with BSL v7 shaders, in certain positions, stairs sometimes move like leafs. When I visit some old worlds like 15.x all the stone bricks turn black and trapdoors turn into a cyan color. I'm not sure of any other blocks from the top of my mind. the things I use are shaders - BSL V7, texture packs Vanilla tweaks, stay true, stay true no bushy leaves. Also the issue still happens without shaders nor texture packs
