White lines (idk how to explain this)

For some reason I'm getting white lines outlined for every block im far away from. This is happening in 1.16, 1.16.2, 1.16.3 and 1.16.4 Release Candidate 1. i cant take a screenshot of it for some stupid reason so just imagine that every block far away from me is outlined white ..
