Stone bricks in strongholds' non-walls/floor/ceiling never have variations

Whereas every other stone brick block in the stronghold is randomized with mossy, cracked and infested variants, those used as small structures within strongholds are always regular stone bricks.

Affects the stone bricks:

• under the cobblestone stairs (straight staircases)

• part of the spiral staircases

• making up the fountain

• making up the altar with chest in halls

• making up the door gateways (not the prison ones)

• making up the big torch
