Blocks not breaking

I am in a new world fresh and new, but when I start chopping trees, the blocks is not breaking, but when i relaunch the world it becomes fine, but it's still annoying i need to save and quit the world and open it again, that's why i moved to 1.13.0 because it doesn't glitch like that.
