Looped sapplings

Sapplings will glitch loop after tree wood is cut

What I expected to happen was...:
After chopping down tree wood, sapplings fall to the ground and stay to be collected

What actually happened was...:
Sappling would fall out of tree and a second later glitch back to the tree and continuously fall in a loop

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Create new survival map
2. Find a tree
3. Chop down the wood
4. watch sappling fall in loop
