Blocks don't break near World Border

Another Bug is entities don't spawn here

Did you happen to modify the world border's center/radius or anything else? By default the world border exists around 30,000,000 blocks however, changing the value with commands could be the reason as to why you are experiencing this issue. Please let me know if this is the case.

I forgot about this issue sadly I deleted the world a long time ago since then
