[MC-204024] Bundles won't pick up a full bundle

Might be an intentional game-design, but if you can put a stack or a non-stackable item inside, you should be able to do so with a full bundle.

That does make sense, like how you can't store shulker boxes in shulker boxes. I don't think that's a bug.

Probably intentional as per @unknown's comment in MC-203567.

Should probably be marked as Works As Intended, since the behavior did not actually change in 20w46a
