This is some kind of glitch I been experiencing since 1.16.3, now I am in 20w45a. Dunno why it started, but been doing this. Dunno if it's just visual or not.
I had this world since about the start 1.13. The seed is: -1386567652

Attached file lack extension (it's png). They depict rain under water and in a cave. As mods say in this situations:
Worlds opened in 20w17a are broken and need to be repaired, see MC-179845.
