[MC-204462] Fishing rod attaches to paintings, item frames, and leash knots

I noticed that the fishing rod strangely will attach to paintings, item frames, and leash knots. I do not think this is intentional.

I mean, they are entities. So that is consistent at least. Otherwise they would need to be excluded specifically.
