When i log into Minecraft Java ny character/skins are not appearing.  Have uninstalled and reinstalled.

Is it in game or just on the Title screen because if it is the title screen it is normal

Huh? Your skin only shows in Java edition when you are in a game and not on the title screen like in Bedrock...
