if you switch between one spyglass it doesn't reset and that happens when switching it from main to off hand too

Can confirm in 20w49a, although the situation is slightly different. When switching between spyglasses, the spyglass zoom animation is replayed however, the FOV doesn't change. I've attached a video which shows this.
