[MC-20500] Slimes

Okay slime cubes won't spawn. I have tried setting up a super flat world, no slimes spawn. Camped in a swamp, NO slimes spawn. Anywhere, NO SLIMES SPAWN! Please fix this bug, its impossible to make Leads in survival without slimeballs.

This most definitely is an issue in 1.6.1, I don't know why you put "Cannot reproduce."

On Windows 7, Minecraft 1.6.1, 64bit java 1.7, hard difficulty, superflat at y=4, slimes do not spawn.

Loading the same world in 1.5.2 spawns slimes instantly, so this is a new issue.

I cannot get slimes to spawn either, and I am in snapshot 14w21b, so right before 1.8.
