The Bug

Strider can get lava below trapdoors.

Reproduce

  • Break, 1x1 block, and now place lava.

  • Now place a trapdoor on top

  • Now place a strider

  • Strider will get hot

Observed Behavior

Striders are warmed even when not directly touching lava.

Expected Behavior

Striders would not be warmed when not directly touching lava.

I would suggest that this bug not be fixed as many people seem to consider it a feature (and I would also suggest that bring it to Bedrock)
