Updated my server from 1.16.2(originally created 1.16.1) to the newest snapshot 20w46a and now loot tables had "validation problem". The photo shows all of the missing loot tables in my server log.

I solved the issue, I had more mob heads datapack that was creating the issue, it is also a duplicate of MC-205262
