[MC-205644] Creeper bugged and repeatedly turned the face at me then wall until i placed a block and came a little bit near him

So the creeper just glitched. the zombie was following me.

Also R.I.P because he came near me and i had to leave the world and posted this.

Looks similar to that, but i did not removed the rails at all, and the creeper started to come.
there was also a zombie which was coming anyway (and I think that zombie moved the creeper and unglitched probably.)

Please check if that's still an issue for you in the latest 1.16.5 stable release or the latest 1.17 development snapshot.
