[MC-205708] Mob drops not working

Some mobs are not dropping items upon death by player in survival, found this with cows and chickens, am yet to investigate other passive and hostile mobs.

Please record a video of this happening and attach it to this report.

There are incompatible data packs that can cause this. Disable them and see how that goes.
