Options fully resetting (possible player data corruption)

When i loaded up the new snapshot, all of my options were reset, even though this usually doesn't happen. The gui scale was auto even though it should be large, my FOV was 70 even though it should be 90.
(i was using fabric, although no mods were installed)
Also, after i walked it my house, my door disappeared and was replaced by wood
this is REALLY creepy.
