In Minecraft 1.14, dyes were changed to be more uniform, and thus "Cactus Green" was changed to "Green Dye." However, despite the fact that the name of the dye is no longer limiting it's crafting recipes, you can still not craft it with blue and yellow dye.
What I expected to happen was...:
When you put blue and yellow dye in a crafting table, you get green dye
What actually happened was...:
You don't get any output
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Put a blue dye in the first slot of a crafting table
2. Put a yellow dye in the second slot of a crafting table
3. You will see that there is nothing in the crafting table output

Hey! I don't think this is actually a feature in Minecraft. Try creating Orange with Yellow and Red or Purple with Blue and Red. If it works this is probably a bug then!
