So it looked like my minecraft account was ready for migration in the minecraft launcher so I linked my microsoft account and after I did that I could only play demo. I went into the support faq on the minecraft.net website and followed all the steps and read all the scenarios and I even re-installed minecraft FIVE times! And it still didn't work. I didn't have an e-mail though. I don't know if that is the issue. But I really want tp play minecraft again! Please fix this.

It told you this on the launcher or it was a notification froma website? if it was from a website your account was probably stolen contact the support they will help.
edit: beacause the migration is supposed to be in early 2021
