Minecraft Java Edition Skin Bug

I've encountered a buy on Minecraft Java Edition with using skins. Earlier today, I was playing on a server in MInecraft Java Edition and noticed that my skin was different. It wasn't how it was normal was. While I was in the hub of the server, the skin was working but when I was in the survival world [option of gamemode from the server] the skin wasn't working. My friend teleported to me and they had said my skin was normal to them and had suggested that it most likely is a bug or visual glitch. I will provide two pictures to show what I mean. The first picture will be me in the hub of the server and that is how the skin is suppose to look like and how everyone else see's it and the second picture is how I see it on the survival world [option of gamemode from the server]. I was going to ask my friend to screenshot a picture of my skin from their prespective but they are not online.
