[MC-206033] Cant sign into microsoft account to link minecraft

I sent this picture to majong as well and they said it was a known bug and to send this to you as well. This is the only ps4 account and email I have with playstation and this is the error I keep facing. I have googled and YouTube vids tried everything but nothing works. Ive cleared all data from the game reinstalled the game tried a new email all of it and still got this error please help and thank you
