Realms Java

I'm involved in a Realm with friends, the server keeps kicking is and resetting back to 30 minutes. logging back on takes at least 15 minutes or instantly with a timed out pop up. I have a strong connection and so do they. Its been going of for days and progress is being lost rebuilt then lost again and its just putting us off. Please help me and my friends out!
