Hey there!

The bug tracker only handles issues that are related with unmodified game versions. I can see in this report you've mentioned that you used forge. Forge is a modified game version therefore this report is invalid.

Ok, Thanks but maybe launcher have a error same. 

Minecraft 1.12.2 is no longer supported so make sure you check this is an issue with the current version (1.16.4)

Close this report, but its maybe a launcher bug because I earlier playing forge and nothing bad happened with launcher.
