Tinted Glass drops itself even without Silk Touch

This appears to be intentional

yeah but why did regular glass drop nothing without silk touch?it's weird for a tinted glass to drop something but not the regular glass.

Tinted glass can be obtained without silk touch; it does not shatter like normal glass.
