[MC-206402] Whenever i tab out of the game and try to go back in it crashes the game

Whenever I tab out of the game to go search on the wiki or something and try to tab back in, the game crashes and I get an error message saying "Crashed for an unexpected reason"

Does it crash without Optifine?

I can see from the information you've provided that you're using mods. The bug tracker does not support issues relating to modified game versions.

However, this issue is Invalid.

Your game, launcher or server is modified.
If you can reproduce the issue in a vanilla environment, please recreate the issue.

Any non-standard client/server/launcher build needs to be taken up with the appropriate team, not Mojang.
Any plugin issues need to be addressed to the creator of the plugin or resource pack.
If you have problems on large servers, such as The Hive and Hypixel, please contact them first as they run modified server software.
