io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception connection refused no further information

Hello,

I have problem with log in to the server (io.netty.channel.abstractchannel$annotatedconnectexception connection refused no further information). 
I i tried uninstall and install minecraft and reset wi-fi router, turn-off the firewall and connect by Direct Connection.
Server hosting says the problem is with the player side.
I do't know what to do.
