1. Find sleeping villager 2. Jump on their bed 3. "Push" the villager, don't hit (Some sleeping villagers are found floating on their own without having to be pushed)

When the villagers sleep and you jump on them, they float away, still sleeping or are found already like that. Beds also disappear for no apparent reason but you can still jump on them and trace them.
