Pufferfish react to Marker armor stands and Invisible armor stands

The bug

MC-132239 was resolved as WAI, but pufferfish also react to armor stands used in map making, including invisible and marker armor stands, which aren't supposed to have any impact on the world.

Pufferfish should react to normal armor stands, but not to armor stands with Marker or Invisible tags.

Please note that it only applies to armor stands with a Marker tag, and not the new Marker entity!
