[MC-206673] Cat and chicken and blaze don't have any damage when fall down to dripstone(stalagmite)

Mobs that do not take fall damage don't have any damage when fall down to stalagmite.

Is this intended?

Chickens can fly, and never take fall damage, which you should probably know by now. Cats don't either, it's how they are coded and an intentional game design. Blazes fly! That's how they move!
