[MC-206745] Falling dripstone doesn't do damage to Ravagers

This last snapshot shows what a bug? I activate it and the stalactites begin to fall down on the destroyer and there is no damage.

I can see that Stalactite does not kill the Reaver in the hitbox

Probably because he stands on a non-full block. I've tested it and Ravager did get damage from falling dripstone.

I am unable to reproduce this issue in 20w49a. Ravagers take damage when a stalactite falls on to them. Just to clarify, the ravager was standing on grass blocks.

If this is stil an issue in 20w49a, please provide a video with the debug screen enabled (hit the F3 key) demonstrating the issue.
