[MC-206765] Cant run and jump

For some reason when playing on any world or server i can't seem to jump without standing still, only when i don't move i can jump. anyone help?

Please could you attach a video of this happening with the F3 Debug screen enabled, to help me better understand what the issue is.

This is probably an issue with your keyboard.

Please check if the issue still happens when using another keyboard.
