I'm having many bugs since updating to v1.16.100. I've never had this kind of bugs with the game. The version I'm currently playing it's not even listed on the " Affects Version/s ".

Just to let you know, you have reported this issue in the incorrect project section. With the screenshots you've provided, I can see that this isn't a problem with the Java Edition version of Minecraft. This is instead a Pocket Edition issue and should be reported under the MCPE section.
