When logging on the first player sees everything perfect. When another joins they cant see themself or any animals or mobs or other players. All others who log on after first player cant see anyone or any mobs or animals either.

In the environment field of this report you mentioned that this issue occurred whilst playing on the Xbox version of Minecraft. Just to let you know you have reported this issue under the incorrect project section. This should have been reported under MCPE instead of MC as it is considered a pocket edition problem.
