[MC-207642] If there are two jukeboxes playing at the same time and a disc is taken out of one, nearby parrots will stop dancing

The bug

If there are parrots dancing around two juke boxes that are both playing music and a disc is taken out one of the boxes the parrots around it will stop dancing.
